Susan Morgan, founder and executive director, is a committed human rights activist with over 25 years of professional experience in marketing communications and public relations. Her primary areas of expertise include:
Over the past two years, Morgan co-founded and served as Director Communications for Investors Against Genocide, a non profit organization dedicated to ending investments in genocide. She has also acted as a communications advisor to numerous other non-profit organizations.
From 1982 to 2006, Morgan held increasingly senior marketing and public relations positions at various consumer products companies. Most recently, she spent ten years as Director of Public Relations for The Clarks Companies, North America, a billion dollar footwear company. In late 2006, Morgan made a personal decision to leave the corporate world and devote herself to the human rights arena.
Morgan has a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from Boston University with a specialization in advertising and marketing.
